8.Do not upload a file more than once *theres no point, and it takes up room*
Consequences
For Rule #:
1. Deletion of any other accounts besides your first
2.Permission to post taken away for 3days per offense *after a while your permission just gets taken away*
3.Permission to post t aken away for as many days as spam posts made
4.Deletion of post
6.Instant Ban
8.Deletion of file
